Resonance:
Sound resonates on matter; traditional medicine has always included the use of sound in its approach. In recent years, science has also become interested in the influence of sound vibration frequencies on human beings. Remember that sound makes natural elements like air and water vibrate. Sound frequencies therefore have an influence on the body, particularly on water, which makes up more than 80% of us. Masaru Emoto's discoveries about water have illustrated the reaction of water molecules to vibrations and sounds. The harmonic structure of sound projected onto matter creates bonds and makes the latter vibrate. The structure of water is said to organize itself in a unique way according to the sounds, words, and thoughts we bring to it. Sound resonates in the same way in our bodies as it does in water, inducing changes on the molecular level.
By modifying external sound frequencies, we can cause our internal frequencies to change through a synchronization process. This process, commonly called 'entrainment', can be applied to the heartbeat, breathing, and brain waves. The energy of sound therefore has the power to unblock physical, emotional, and psychological knots by harmonizing the metabolism.
Vibration:
Everything is vibration, from the smallest molecule to the Universe itself. Vibrations emit sounds that the human ear does not always perceive, but which the human body assimilates. Sounds, heard consciously or unconsciously, are said to have the power to influence the endocrine, nervous, or immune systems.
The basic principle of sound therapy (sonotherapy) is the concept of resonance, which consists of the vibrational frequency of elements. In humans, every organ, cell, bone, tissue, fluid, and electromagnetic field surrounding the body has a vibrational frequency. When we do not resonate with a part of our body, our environment, or an external event, certain vibrations become dissonant and therefore unhealthy.
The practice of sound therapy aims to restore the body's harmonious frequencies through therapeutic sounds in order to find a space of inner peace.

Polarities
The body is composed of electrons, and is therefore subject to the law of polarity.
It is divided into two parts with respect to its main axis, represented by the spinal column.
Hearing Frequencies
Our auditory system is extremely complex, allowing us to hear thousands of sounds and noises every day.
We don't just hear sounds, but rather a combination of frequencies, that is, the pitch of sounds, and the sound pressure level of those sounds. The frequencies audible to humans are relatively limited compared to some animals.
Traumas
The etymology of the word 'trauma' comes from the ancient Greek 'trauma' which means 'injury'.
