Hearing Frequencies

Our auditory system is extremely complex, allowing us to hear thousands of sounds and noises every day.
We don't just hear sounds, but rather a combination of frequencies, that is, the pitch of sounds, and the sound pressure level of those sounds. The frequencies audible to humans are relatively limited compared to some animals.

Frequency is measured in hertz (Hz), and it indicates the vibrations per second that reach our ears. There, these vibrations are processed by the various parts of the hearing organ. Humans hear, on average, frequencies between 20 and 20,000 hertz.

The frequency range between 500 and 4,000 hertz is the most pleasant. This is the range in which, for example, the human voice or music are located (depending on the volume, of course).

The range of our hearing capacity, between 20 and 20,000 hertz, is so vast that we can distinguish some 400,000 sounds. But there are, of course, many other frequencies that even humans with perfect hearing simply cannot hear, because they are below our hearing threshold. Thus, the human auditory system cannot process ultrasonic waves. These sounds are simply inaccessible to us.

Everything in the universe is frequency. Everything is vibration, from the infinitely small to the infinitely large. Each emitted frequency sets the same receiving frequency into vibration and movement. For example, if we play or sing the 528 Hz frequency, the 528 Hz frequencies of our body will begin to vibrate. These frequencies in particular will be set in motion and energized.

For millennia, sounds and their vibrations have been used to promote healing, soothe the mind, and reconnect individuals with nature to help them relieve stress and anxiety.

We know that sound and frequencies directly impact physical matter (Law of Resonance, Synchronization, work of Marie-Louise Aucher). We also observe with our own experience that certain melodies, music, scales, harmonies or instruments influence this or that emotional and mental state.

Frequencies and sounds induce images that both stimulate and structure consciousness and can release blocked emotions.

We also know that certain frequencies heard and filtered, during sound therapies, will restore a stable state in a person (work of Tomatis, Bérard, holopsony, Hyperion method, psychoresonance)

Certain frequencies are called 'sacred frequencies, or sacred solfeggio' and work in the same way by vibrating different spaces of the being: mental, emotional, physical and spiritual, but we are not in the same note ratio as our usual scales.

Sacred solfeggio is an ancient musical scale composed of precise frequencies:

174 Hz, 285 Hz, 396 Hz, 417 Hz, 528 Hz, 639 Hz, 741 Hz, 852 Hz, 963 Hz and a few others...

Each musical frequency offers its own particularity, here are some examples:

  • 174 HZ The foundation, the base. Feeling of security and serenity.

  • 285 HZ Quantum Cognition, regeneration of organs and chakras.

  • 396 HZ Liberation of fears and guilt.

  • 417 HZ Transmutation, facilitation of change.

  • 432 HZ Rebalancing of emotions, described as 'natural' and associated with deep well-being, which corresponds to a natural harmonic of the Earth's frequency.

It is a resonant frequency of water, a key element in the human body, plants, and life in general.

Ancient civilizations, such as the Egyptians and Greeks, used natural ranges close to 432 Hz, convinced of their soothing and harmonizing power. It has even been said that the frequency of 432 Hz was a divine frequency, so much so that it was associated with happiness and appeasement.

  • 528 HZ Frequency of activation, repair and transformation

  • 639 HZ Relational connection, interrelation and unification, relational balance, neural connections.

  • 741 HZ Frequency of awakening intuition and its activation, self-expression.

  • 852 HZ Frequency of return and restoration to spiritual order.

  • 936 HZ Mastery, connection to universal energy, feeling of unity.

(Spiritual) Energy

Spiritual energy corresponds to the vital breath that inhabits living beings, and which governs the laws of the universe.

Meridians

According to Eastern medicine, energy circulates in the body along energy pathways called meridians or vessels.

Pendulum

The pendulum is a tool that can be used to provide answers to questions, reveal hidden or unknown elements, and find metals and water, just like divining rods. It can therefore be used in many situations, such as searching for missing people, searching for precious metals, finding underground water sources, making important decisions, and even for healing.

Psychogenealogy

Psychogenealogy is first and foremost a painstaking process, an investigation that involves discovering the hidden part of our origins, through our heritage or the history of our family, of which we are one of the links in the chain of generations. It is a therapy that focuses on the psychological traces left by ancestors to their descendants.
